Booking & Cancellation Policy A non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. This deposit secures your time, our preparation, and turns away other inquiries for your date. If your plans change, we understand. Please reach out as soon as possible. Depending on timing and availability, we may be able to: -Transfer your deposit to a new date (subject to availability); or -Apply your deposit toward a future service or credit, at our discretion. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event may require the full balance to be paid, as your date is held exclusively for you and cannot be rebooked at short notice.
